+ Why is Intel extending its brand to devices outside of the PC?
Multiple product categories are undergoing a transformation to become more intelligent and connected, including TVs, in-vehicle infotainment systems, handhelds and more. It’s time to identify and communicate information about these new classes of smart and connected devices to buyers.
+ Are there market development funds associated with the Intel® Brand Advantage Program?
No, there are no funds associated with the Intel® Brand Advantage Program; it is a brand licensing program.
+ What benefits does the Intel® Brand Advantage Program provide?
The Intel® Brand Advantage Program makes it easy to identify products based on Intel® processors. Licensees may use Intel® logos on specified Eligible Product packaging, in their marketing materials and in some cases on the device. Please refer to the list of Eligible Products below for more information.
+ What device types are Eligible Products in the Intel® Brand Advantage Program?
The Intel® Brand Advantage Program includes the following device categories: building management devices, communications infrastructure devices (wireless infrastructure, routers and switches and accelerators, network security and appliances, connected services gateway, media and voice processing), digital security and surveillance devices, digital signage, electronic devices for media/entertainment, education, transportation or tourism/travel/hospitality, fitness devices, in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) devices, kiosks / automated teller machines (ATM) / retail point of sale (POS), media phones, mobile personal devices, medical devices (imaging, diagnostics and monitoring devices), and print imaging devices. As new device types are approved by Intel they will be added to the program terms and conditions document.
+ What are the requirements for participating in the program?
To participate in the program, a Licensee must be either a manufacturer or a service provider who contracts for the manufacturing of or a reseller who integrates software solutions into and/or contracts for the manufacturing of an eligible product, AND markets and sells Eligible Products direct to end users under the Licensee’s product brand name, or to third parties who resell direct to end users under the Licensee's product brand name. In order to participate, a Licensee must have entered into a Trademark License Agreement and a Corporate Non-disclosure Agreement (CNDA), comply with all the requirements of the Trademark License Agreement, the Program Terms and Conditions and Trademark and Logo Usage Guidelines (TLUGs).
+ What can I do if my product is not an Eligible Product?
The Intel® Brand Advantage Program may be used for co-branding of Eligible Products only. Products that are not included within an Eligible Product category are not eligible for program participation. Note that some customers may have both eligible and non-eligible products. In such cases, participation in the program is limited to Eligible Products only. If you have questions concerning the eligibility of a particular product, please consult the lists of Eligible Products. If you have additional questions, please use the Help page of the site to contact the Program Administrator.
+ Where can licensees use the Intel® logo?
Licensees may use the Intel® logo in their advertising and marketing communications vehicles such as Web, advertising, tradeshow signage, collateral, sales presentations, product packaging, etc. for Eligible Products, and in some cases they may use product labels directly on specified eligible devices.
+ Can all Eligible Products be labeled?
No. Although usage of Intel co-branding on marketing communications is available to all Eligible Products, co-branding with labels placed on devices is permitted on specified Eligible Products only. Please refer to the list of Eligible Products for details on which devices may be labeled.
+ How do I order labels?
Registered Licensees with qualifying Eligible Product categories may order labels via the Intel Online Label Ordering (OLO) System after they receive access to the system as part of enrollment steps.
+ How do I get Intel brand assets?
Registered Licensees may download digital brand resources on the Co-branding Resources tab of the Program website.
+ Is the Intel® Brand Advantage Program a product endorsement by Intel?
Licensee participation in the Intel® Brand Advantage Program is not an endorsement by Intel of any product or advertisement.

+ What are the password rules for creating a new Intel login and registration for this program?
Password Rules:
• The password must be at least eight characters long, and can contain letters, numbers, and punctuation.
• It must not exceed fourteen (14) characters.
• It must contain at least one alpha character [a-z; A-Z].
• It cannot contain spaces.
• The password cannot be the same as any of your previous eight (8) passwords.
• It cannot contain your user name.
• It may not contain any of the following special characters: Asterisk (*) Comma (,) Backslash (/) Forward Slash (\).
+ If I am an Intel Inside® Program Licensee, do I need to join the Intel® Brand Advantage Program to get brand assets for my non-PC products?
Current Intel Inside® Program Licensees need to contact the Intel Inside® Program Office or your Intel Inside® Account Manager to find out how to bridge your participation in both programs.
+ How do I qualify to use Intel® Vpro technology messaging and corresponding marketing materials?
First get your product certified by obtaining a login from EDC, then download and run the Embedded vPRO Verification tool EVT. Finally upload the results of the verification to EVT website for review and certification.
Once certified contact the Program Administrator with a request for this sell-up messaging. Your certification status will be verified and the appropriate messaging and syndicated modules (when available) will be sent directly to you. As a reminder, please use the Intel® masterbrand mark on eligible devices and corresponding marketing materials not the Intel brand ID with vPro™ designation.
+ What are the unique requirements for Licensees to register medical devices in the Intel® Brand Advantage Program?
Licensees with eligible medical devices are required to notify Intel of any adverse actions related to Licensee’s medical devices. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions and Trademark License Agreement for additional details.
+ Does any Intel purchase qualify for this program?
No, only Intel® processors.
